This multi-phase guided meditation has everything you could want in a morning meditation. In 10 minutes, you will be guided in tune with your breath, allowing you to open up to positive energy and energise for the day. You will then be guided to set an intention for the day, leading towards your life’s purpose. We then guide you towards forgiving and letting go of anything holding you back in life. Then you will end with a moment of gratitude and appreciation for everything that is supporting you on your journey.
